Turkey Garden Crunch Sandwich

One more sandwich this week....yummmmmmyyyyy!!!  I'm obsessed with horseradish/dijon!!!  This was nice cause I mixed up the grapes, celery, apples, and green onions all together at the beginning of the week - then just had to spoon the mixture onto the sandwich each time I made one!

Makes 4 servings - Kraft Food&Family Magazine

Ingredients:
1/4 cup halved red grapes
1/4 cup chopped granny smith apples
1 chopped celery stalk
1 tablespoon sliced green onions
Horseradish sauce
Dijon mustard
4 sandwich thins
4 pieces lettuce
4 slice Kraft Bacon Cheddar cheese
7.5 oz Oven roasted turkey
