Breakfast - Shakeology (1 red, 1 purple)
AM Snack - Greek yogurt, Blueberries
Lunch - Chicken Fried Rice (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green, 1 tsp), apple
PM Snack - Carrots, Hummus, 14 Peanuts
Dinner - Grilled Pork chops, Broccoli, sweet potato
