1lb Brussel sprouts (cut in half)
2 Tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
1 Tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, stir together coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and brussels.
Arrange halved side down on baking dish and roast for 25-30 minutes.
