1 Rotisserie Chicken, 6 Meals!!

My favorite meal hack when life is SPORTS - DRIVING - SPORTS - DRIVING!!  Insert $4.99 Costco rotisserie chicken!!  I took 1 bird and stretched into 6 dinners/lunches this week!!!  WOOT WOOT!!!
