Raisin Sauce

 A Sodahl fav with ham!!! 


Ingredients:
3 tablespoons cornstarch

2 cups apple cider

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup raisins

 

Measure cornstarch into small saucepan.  Gradually stir in apple cider.  Add butter and raisins.  Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and boils.  Boil and stir 1 minute.  Serve warm.
