I needed a cute Halloween app to bring over to our friends house on Halloween -- this was yummy and SPOOKY :)
Ingredients:
Roma tomatoes, diced
Garlic
Basil, chopped
Olive oil
Red wine vinegar
salt and pepper
mozzarella
Balsamic glaze
baguette
Dice tomatoes and mix with garlic, chopped basil, and salt and pepper. Then add olive oil and red wine vinegar. Set aside.
Cut bread and sprinkle with olive oil - bake until golden brown. Top with tomatoes.
Use ghost cookie cutter to cut out shape in mozzarella cheese. Then make ghost face using balsamic glaze.
