Chicken, Tomato, Pesto Flatbread

Needed another easy camp meal :)  This was it -- super delicious and made in our camper at a rest stop!!!  DELICIOUS!!!

Ingredients:

2 cans chicken

naan bread

grape tomatoes

pesto

sliced mozzarella
