Ingredients:
- 3–4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 small McIntosh apples (peeled, cored, thinly sliced)
- 6 ounces Brie cheese (rind removed and sliced)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
- Honey for drizzling
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and position the rack in the middle.
- Grease your baking pan or pizza stone with olive oil. Stretch out the pizza dough to fit the pan comfortably.
- Layer Brie slices evenly over the dough, leaving a half-inch border around the edges. Top with sliced apples and sprinkle chopped sage.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from oven and drizzle honey over the top before slicing into pieces.
