Honey-Mustard Chicken Sandwiches

This was so so so simple to make - and so so so yummy!!  Perfect for dindin after work and then lunch during the week!!!

Ingredients:
4  boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup whole grain mustard
2-3 Tbsp. coconut aminos (soy sauce substitute)
1 Tbsp. local, organic honey 
1 cup low-sodium chicken stock
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika


Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste

Put all ingredients into crock pot, and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Shred chicken to serve.  Enjoy on your choice of bread or wrap.
