UM YUM!  Can that be it ?!  :)  The broccoli - the pine nuts added SO MUCH so don't skimp on those!!  but yeah - best broccoli side dish I've ever eaten....so I will be making this over and over again!!  So yeah - YUM!!  I made this with the Chicken in Wine and Mushroom Sauce and it was YUMMY!!!
Serves 2 - Bride and Groom Cookbook
Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli florets (about 1 bunch)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoon pine nuts
1/4 cup drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
pepper / salt
2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the broccoli florets in a steamer until tender, about 5 minutes.  Plunge into heavily salted ice water (1 1/2  teaspoon salt per quart of water)  Drain well and set aside.

Combine the butter and pine nuts in a medium skillet over medium-heat.  Cook, stirring constantly, until the nuts and butter begin to brown, 1-2 minutes.  Add the broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes, and pepper to taste and stir until warm, 1-2 minutes.  Add the cheese and remove from the heat.  Toss and season with salt to taste.  Serve immediately
